Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any deadline to register for the retreat? 
Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. 
Who will arrange for my travel from Singapore to the resort?
We have arranged for land transport between Singapore and the retreat venue. 

We urge all to take our round-trip coaches to ensure timely arrival at the retreat. Pick up will be at a designated point in Singapore.

What do I need to prepare for the retreat?
Please ensure your passport is valid for travel during that period.

We highly recommend participants to get their own personal travel insurance during the period of the retreat. 
What items do I need to bring?
- Sufficient comfortable and light clothing for the entire stay in the retreat. 
- Yoga mat
- Swimwear (optional)
- Autoroaming SIMS card
- Portable water bottle
- Umbrella or poncho
- Insect repellent, sunscreen
- Personal toiletries, towel, flashlight and medication
- Appropriate footwear. We recommend: comfortable shoes for short walks and casual shoes/slippers that are easy to slip-on and slip-off.
What if I have special dietary needs?
If there are special dietary needs please inform us in the registration form.
What kind of accommodation is available?
The arrangement will be room sharing in groups of the same gender.
